The station you have the address for is NOT an ARCO but with *no brand name displayed* it is designated as 'unbranded.' It was a Tesoro at one time and a Blue Flame too. They have cash prices on the street sign and a regular credit price on a small sign on the ground. Make sure you have the correct name, address and area for the gas station.
